Foxtel bills users for services in advance; thus, your final bill could include:
- Overdue charges if there is outstanding on your previous bill
- Early termination fees apply if you were in a contract when you disconnected
- One-off charges include installation fees or purchases from the Foxtel Store
- Part-month charges apply if you changed your package before disconnecting
- Any unrecovered equipment fees.
- You should be aware, unrecovered equipment fees (supplied set-top box) will only be applied to an account if the equipment isn’t returned. It can be billed up to 3 months following disconnection.
